Quality Care Consulting strives for excellence in the practice of case management. We practice from the viewpoint of strong patient advocacy through knowledge and information. This is balanced with thorough understanding of the patient’s complete overall medical picture to include both physical and psychological. Those case managers employed by QCC follow the CMSA guidelines for practice. QCC is a teaching practice and welcomes interns who want to learn about case management. As an employer, QCC strives to achieve contractor satisfaction within the scope of all work performed. Customizing contractor needs is a priority. On-going education through CEU’s is offered throughout the year. Monthly meetings, that support and promote growth, are regularly offered. At QCC, no case manager is ever alone, with patient care, as numerous staff and supervisory options are always available.
