About the Michigan Auto No-Fault Law
The Michigan Auto No-Fault Law specifies that economic benefits are payable for “Allowable expenses consisting of all reasonable charges incurred for reasonably necessary products, services, and accommodations for an injured person’s care, recovery, or rehabilitation.” MCL.500.3107

- Hospital Bills
- Rehabilitation and other therapies
- Prescription drugs
- Medical exams
- X-rays and MRI’s
- Wheelchairs and walkers
